In the summer of 2008 Patti’s Inn & Suites came to be. For many years I dreamed about taking Patti’s Settlement to the interstate (i-24, I-69, and possible future I-66 intersection.) Just three miles north of Grand Rivers, KY. A local business man who owned the former Microtel called me and asked if I would like to buy the property and I shared with him that I don’t have those types of resources at this point in my life, but why don’t we team up and turn the hotel into Patti’s Inn & Suites. We opened in August 2008 after extensive redecorating and remodeling to incorporate the Patti’s “touch” being applied to all aspects of the hotel operation. In 18 months we have become successful. As time allows I look forward to the opportunity to partner with folks to create the Patti’s chain of hospitality Inn & Suites.
