In This Book

It's been three years since I helped write our first cookbook. Then I had Mom helping me. Today, one of my first friends when I moved to Kentucky is helping me with her part - reciples. His name is Curtis Grace and along with his loving wife, Norma, as well as a few of our employees andtheir families, we have come together to bring our circle of friends something from the heart and for the belly. Our recipes are simple in ingredients and easy enough for anyone to make. Have fun. This "Grace of Patti's" is dedicated to my dad, the patriarch of our family whos story will be told in the pages to follow.

Many new and old friends alike have read and enjoyed our first cookbook. I hope you'll find this one equally as enjoyable to read, especially as a bedtime story. So many people told me they took Miss Patti's Cookbook to bed and said they just couldn't put it down. They read the whole book, cover to cover, or so I've been told.
